It contains some great footage from their first concerts, and in some places the video is quite bad because most of it was taken with home video cameras. The video contains some excellent solos by Cliff Burton and also a perspective into his life. Buy it. END "Definately Worth It...." Excellent video, with mainly songs, live, of course, not bad footage considering how old it is and that most was taken on home video cameras. I've actually seen the video CD version of this, so it wasn't as good a qaulity as the VHS. If you like Metallica and like their old stuff, its definately worth it....! END
