![]() Lots of people said this is a great DVD, great show... but I have to disagree. If you are a rock fan you should buy it, but if you are a metal fan, you maybe disapointed. Where is the heavy guitar vibe metallica once had in the past?? It is missed on this DVD. The guitars are recorded with low volume and there is no punch. Tired of wah-wah solos by hammet and what about the bass of jason??? simply terrible. I think that maybe not the production's fault but it was recordable at metallica's worst period (during load and reload releases). If you see the perfomance of "one" you will be throwing up... IT IS HORRIBLE... Please keep the old metallica albuns, and if you want it a DVD, buy Cliff em all instead! ![]() this is as good as it gets, noit going to say much more than this is the dvd by which others are compared to, just amazing, couldn't get any closer unless you bought a ticket. ![]() this dvd is worth every penny. The minute i got it, i popped it into my dvd player and was blown away. Everything in this dvd is superior: from the music, to the picture quality, to the sound quality. But the only downside is that the concert is too short and there's not much interaction between Jaymes and the crowd as in Binge and Purge. Although Jayme's voice is sometimes worn out and Kirk sometimes starts his solos too late, other than that this dvd is perfect. Buy It Right now!!!! ![]() Metallica. In concert. If it's your kind of thing, you probably own this already. ![]() When I first bought this I was a little skeptical. I was blown away with the 5.1 dobly digital sound, the energy the band gave off, and the set list. Kirk Hammet was flawless, Lars was came with so much power, even though I don't like him anymore, Jason Newstead played a major role, and James of course left the crowd screaming for more and more. I would recommend this to any Metallica fan. |
